Mr. Thomas Schlafly, co-founder of the Saint Louis Brewery (Schlafly Bottleworks), a lawyer and entrepreneur (The Schlafly Tap Room Restaurant), will be the speaker.  St. Louis Brewery is the first microbrewery in Missouri, which produces the Schlafly line of beers.  Mr. Schlafly is an author of his memoir, “A New Religion in Mecca: Memoir of a Renegade Brewery in St. Louis (published by Virnigia Publishing).  The book accounts the story of his founding of the Saint Louis Brewery.  Mr. Schlafly is a partner at the St. Louis office of Thompson Coburn.
