Do you understand your company's responsibilities and liabilities to the union pension funds your company is signatory to?
Some funds are woefully underfunded, millions of dollars below the level of funding they need to be. What is the unfunded liability your company is responsible for? What can you do about it?
If you want to escape from an underfunded plan, what are your option? What would be your company's withdrawal liability?
These are just some of the questions SITE contractors are asking themselves. In the current Missouri political climate, implementing right-to-work, talk of eliminating prevailing wage, etc., will these financial positions get any better?
Join other SITE contractors attending the Know Your Options with Unfunded Liabilities in Union Pension Plans presented by attorney James Vanek. Jim has developed an extensive practice dealing specifically with these issues along with handling labor relations in the tough Chicago climate.
