Join members of SITE as they welcome Natasha Das, Vice President of CRG, to speak at May’s general membership meeting. As companies race to deploy AI models and process massive amounts of data, demand for computing power—and therefore data center capacity—has surged to unprecedented levels. This has sparked intense investment from major tech companies, while also raising concerns about energy consumption, water usage, and environmental impact, since modern data centers require enormous resources to operate. At the same time, governments and local communities are paying closer attention to where these facilities are built due to their economic benefits, infrastructure demands, and potential strain on power grids.

As Vice President at CRG, Natasha helps lead the firm’s data center development initiatives and master development projects, overseeing deals from site selection and entitlement through design, construction, and delivery. She is instrumental in expanding CRG’s data center platform, bringing expertise in identifying strategic sites with access to power, water, and fiber, and ensuring projects are executed with speed, certainty, and flexibility to meet the needs of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise users.

Natasha holds a Master’s in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Louis University, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.
