SITE is a contractor-led trade association in Eastern Missouri dedicated solely to site development and infrastructure construction. Since 1966, we have helped contractors protect their interests, strengthen operations, and navigate industry challenges. Members gain access to union labor support, safety training, legislative advocacy, and trusted partnerships with public agencies and owners. SITE is independent, locally focused, and guided by the priorities of our regional contractors rather than outside influence.

Upcoming Events

As a member of SITE, you receive support in all aspects of union labor management, including contract negotiation, interpretation, dispute resolution, prevailing wage compliance, and audit support. SITE negotiates collective bargaining agreements with the Missouri/Kansas Laborers District Council, Cement Masons Local 527, and Operating Engineers Local 513 to secure fair and competitive outcomes for contractor members

NEXT-STEP CONNECT

As a SITE member, your employees’ children are eligible for SAF scholarships. These scholarships have the opportunity to provide financial assistance to the children or step-children of SITE member employees. Since 2001, SITE has awarded nearly $450,000 to 180 students. Each year, scholarships support high school seniors and college students from SITE member families, helping them pursue their educational goals and build successful futures.

The Asphalt Paving Division shall consist of those contractors who primarily perform asphalt construction such as parking lots, driveways, tennis courts, pedestrian and bicycling paths, or tracks, etc.

The Concrete Division shall consist of those contractors who primarily perform concrete construction such as flatwork, foundation, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, cast-in-place retaining wall, box culverts, etc. for the construction industry.

The Earthmoving Division shall consist of those contractors who primarily perform earthmoving grading, digging of basements, backfilling, etc., for residential, commercial, and heavy and highway construction.

The Highway/Bridge Division shall consist of those contractors who primarily perform actual highway, street and road construction including slab tear out and replacement work, and/or bridge construction including structural and box.

The Landscaping Division shall consist of those contractors who primarily perform landscaping work such as seeding, sodding, tree planting, constructing modular block walls and fencing, installing irrigation systems and maintenance of grass, trees, and shrubs.

The Sewer/Utility Division shall consist of those contractors who primarily perform the installation and repairs of sanitary and storm water lines, water mains and water service lines, and maintenance of such lines.

The Specialty Division shall consist of those contractors who primarily perform work not described in one of the other contractor divisions and are primarily hired to perform a specialized task for general or subcontractors.
