Professional Meeting & Training Facilities

The SITE Training & Leadership Center supports construction workforce development through safety training, leadership workshops, and professional education. The facility features three flexible, fully equipped meeting rooms with modern technology and virtual conferencing.

Available to both SITE members and outside organizations, the Center is a hub for hosting trainings, roundtables, and collaborative events that strengthen Missouri’s construction industry.

Room Rental Types

  • Room A – Seats up to 45
  • Room B – Seats up to 30
  • Rooms A/B – Seats up to 75
  • Conference Room – Seats up to 20

Numbers reflect Rooms A and B being set up in classroom style and Conference Room set up in a U shape.

  • 3 flexible meeting spaces: in classroom, square, or U-shaped setups

Per Person Fees
  • $5 per person (up to 4 hours)
  • $10 per person (over 4 hours)

NON SAF-Contributing Contractor & Associate Members of SITE

  • $105 per hour

NON-Members of SITE

Room Rental

  • $132 per hour
Per Person Fees
  • $10 per person (up to 4 hours)
  • $15 per person (over 4 hours)

Rooms A & B can be combined with no extra cost.

*Drinks: Bottled water, Coke, Diet Coke, Mountain Dew, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper, Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Hot tea.
