The Missing Conversations
Navigating Awareness, Avoidance, and Adversity at Work
Most teams don’t struggle because they lack strategy.
They struggle because the right conversations aren’t happening.
Silence isn’t neutral. It’s expensive.
Join us on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, for a practical session with Zach “Dr. Z” Schaefer, Ph.D., focused on how to handle the conversations most people avoid—before they turn into bigger problems.
This is not theory. You’ll walk away with real frameworks you can use immediately with your team, on your jobsite, or in your organization.
What You’ll Learn:
- Handle tension without avoiding it or making it worse
- Say what needs to be said clearly and early
- Build accountability without damaging relationships
REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
Lunch will be provided at no cost. Must be a SITE Member to attend.
