Growing for the Future

Across the parking lot from SITE’s headquarters in St. Charles, Mo., sat a large empty building for sale at 2051 Exchange Drive. The building needed a complete remodel to bring the interior and exterior property back to life. Staff often wondered who the new owner would be and after two years on the market, the property was purchased in 2021 by a couple wanting to turn the building into a celebration of life facility. The building then sat vacant until 2023 when the owners decided to ditch the idea and sell the property to fund other endeavors. That’s when SITE Advancement Foundation Board of Trustees stepped in.
