The Clay Bird Shoot & Fundraiser is a great opportunity to help raise money for the Young Executives of SITE which helps pay for their legislative trips to Jefferson City, educational field trips, and networking events. The tournament is limited to 140 shooters and fills up quickly so be sure to put your team in today!
Registration is limited to one team per company. Companies wishing to register a second team can place their second team on a waiting list by contacting leah@sitestl.org.
In the event that the clay bird shoot is canceled for any reason, the makeup date will be Tuesday, October 14, with the same times as originally scheduled. Please note that no refunds will be issued if participants are unable to attend the rescheduled date. We appreciate your understanding.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
All sponsorships include your logo on a sign displayed the day of the tournament, logo placed on the Clay Bird Shoot webpage, and logo included on all shoot emails.
- Station Sponsor – $50 Company recognized as a sponsor with logo on a sign at a shooting station
- Beer Sponsor – $100 Company recognized as a sponsor with logo on a sign near the beer trough
- Dinner Sponsor – $150 Company recognized as a sponsor with logo on a sign near the dinner buffet
- Nailed It Challenge Sponsor – $500 (Only 1 available) Company recognized as a sponsor with logo on a sign at the Nailed It Challenge station. Sponsor will be able to set up a tent and volunteer at the challenge station.
- Gone Fishin’ Challenge Sponsor – $500 (Only 1 available) Company recognized as a sponsor with logo on a sign at the Gone Fishin’ Challenge station. Sponsor will be able to set up a tent and volunteer at the challenge station.
- Hatchet Throw Challenge Sponsor – $500 (Only 1 available) Company recognized as a sponsor with logo on a sign at the Hatchet Throw Challenge station. Sponsor will be able to set up a tent and volunteer at the challenge station.
- Flurry Challenge Sponsor – $500 (SOLD OUT) Company recognized as a sponsor with logo on a sign at the Flurry Challenge station.
- Snack Cart Sponsor – $500 (Only 2 available) This sponsor will be able to bring their own cart supplied with snacks of your choice to distribute to shooters during the event. NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED ON THIS CART. Cart decorations and signage are encouraged.
