Hands-On Learning

Members participate in hands-on learning opportunities such as seminars, leadership workshops, site visits, peer discussions, and industry-focused events. Every experience is intentionally built to support leadership development, improve job performance, and increase long-term engagement in the construction field.

Membership Criteria

To be eligible, you must be in a managerial or leadership position within a SITE member company.

Memberships are unlimited per Contractor member company and limited to three participants per Associate member company.

Annual Membership Fees

$50 enrollment fee per participant, per year.

Companies may become a corporate sponsor for $500 annually, which covers the enrollment fee for all their employees, allowing unlimited participation without the $50 per-person charge.
